We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, particularly if we believe that your use of our services would violate any laws or these Terms.

2. Prohibited Businesses


  • We strictly adhere to Google Ads policies and, as such, do not work with businesses that engage in activities prohibited by these policies. This includes, but is not limited to, businesses involved in gambling, cryptocurrency trading, political campaigning, drug and alcohol sales, and adult content. We reserve the right to refuse service to any business that we believe may be in violation of Google Ads policies or any applicable laws and regulations. If it is observed that an action has been taken in order to circumvent us, for example, the business related to the company is different from the business declared to Admon Agency, in such a way that this action is against Google's rules and will lead to the suspension of the account, $1000 will be deducted from the deposited budget as a penalty.

3. Service Modifications


  • We continually strive to improve our services and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. While we aim to minimize any disruptions, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to enhance our offerings.

3. Payment Terms


  • All fees for our services are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as provided in our Refund Policy. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Payoneer, bank transfers, and USDT. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. Any failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your services.

Professional Audit Services


1. Scope of Service


  • Our professional audit services involve a comprehensive review of your Google Ads account to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights. Our experts will analyze your account structure, keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding strategy, and overall performance to provide a detailed report with recommendations for optimization.

2. Client Responsibilities


  • To enable us to conduct a thorough audit, you must provide full access to your Google Ads account for the duration of the audit. This includes granting us the necessary permissions to view and analyze your account data. You are responsible for implementing any recommended changes provided in the audit report. While we offer guidance and suggestions, the final implementation and ongoing management of your account remain your responsibility.

3. Limitations


  • Our audit service is a one-time review and does not include ongoing management or implementation of recommendations. The audit is intended to provide you with insights and strategies to improve your account performance. For ongoing support and optimization, we recommend considering our ads management services.

Tune-Up Services


1. Scope of Service


  • Our tune-up services involve optimizing your existing Google Ads campaigns to enhance performance and return on investment. Our team will review your current campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize ad copy, keywords, bids, and targeting. The goal is to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of your campaigns.

2. Client Responsibilities


  • To facilitate the tune-up process, you must provide access to your Google Ads account and relevant data necessary for optimization. This includes granting us the necessary permissions to make changes to your campaigns. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes suggested by our team. Your timely feedback and cooperation are crucial to the success of the tune-up process.

3. Limitations


  • Tune-up services are limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of engagement and do not include ongoing management unless specified. The tune-up is a focused effort to improve your existing campaigns within a defined period. For continuous management and optimization, our ads management services offer a more comprehensive solution.

Ads Management Services


1. Scope of Service


  • Our ads management services involve ongoing management, optimization, and reporting of your Google Ads campaigns. Our team will handle all aspects of your campaign management, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, performance monitoring, and regular reporting. We aim to ensure that your campaigns are optimized for the best possible performance.

2. Client Responsibilities


  • You must provide full access to your Google Ads account and maintain an active payment method for ad spend. It is essential to communicate your business goals, target audience, and any specific requirements to our team. You agree to review and approve any campaign strategies or changes suggested by our team. Your active participation and feedback are vital to the success of our ads management services.

3. Limitations


  • While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results or performance metrics. Our services are designed to maximize your return on investment based on industry standards and best practices. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services if you engage in prohibited activities or violate Google Ads policies. Compliance with all relevant advertising guidelines and policies is mandatory.

Account Suspension Recovery Services


1. Scope of Service


  • Our suspension recovery services involve diagnosing issues leading to account suspension and implementing corrective actions to reinstate the account. Our team will work to identify the cause of the suspension, communicate with Google on your behalf, and take the necessary steps to resolve the issues and restore your account.

2. Client Responsibilities


  • You must provide access to your Google Ads account and any relevant information required to address the suspension. This includes sharing any communications received from Google regarding the suspension. You agree to cooperate fully with our team during the recovery process. Your timely response to requests for information and adherence to our recommendations are crucial for a successful recovery.

3. Limitations


  • While we make every effort to recover suspended accounts, we cannot guarantee account reinstatement, as the final decision rests with Google. If the suspension is due to severe policy violations, our ability to provide recovery services may be limited. In such cases, we will inform you of the likelihood of successful recovery and provide alternative recommendations if applicable.

Google Ads Agency Accounts


1. Scope of Service


  • We offer Google Ads agency accounts for rent or purchase, providing you with verified, authorized accounts that are less likely to be suspended. These accounts are managed within our Google Ads MCC (My Client Center) and benefit from our established relationship with Google, ensuring compliance with best practices and guidelines.

2. Payment and Fees


  • When renting an agency account, you must pay a monthly rental fee and a top-up fee of 3% of the charge for each month. No setup fee is required, and the account will be linked to our payment profile. When purchasing an agency account, you must pay a one-time payment and a setup fee. After the setup, the account will be linked to your payment profile, and you will have full ownership and access.

3. Client Responsibilities


  • You must comply with all Google Ads policies and guidelines while using the agency account. This includes adhering to advertising standards, avoiding prohibited content, and ensuring that your campaigns meet Google's quality requirements. You agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including those mentioned under General Terms.

4. Limitations


  • We reserve the right to terminate the rental or revoke access if you violate Google Ads policies or engage in prohibited activities. Rented accounts remain the property of [Your Company Name] and must be returned upon termination of the rental agreement. Our agency accounts are designed to provide you with a stable and compliant advertising platform, but continued compliance is your responsibility.

Security


1. Data Protection


  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes encryption, firewalls, and secure socket layer (SSL) technology to safeguard your data. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Refund Policy
